Life is so dang life-y, isn't it? Work stuff, relationship stuff, housing stuff, family stuff, health stuff ... sometimes the worldly winds blow extra hard, and it can be challenging to hold a peaceful and easeful center. In this one-time workshop, Happier Valley Comedy founder Pam Victor guides you on a light-hearted experience of mindfulness through an improviser's lens, so you have extra tools and practice holding an internal place of calm, ease, and equanimity, even during a shitstorm.

We'll explore this theme through easy-to-learn improv games, guided meditation, and connection-enriching discussion. In individual and shared practice and play, we'll work on holding ease together, so you'll leave with a couple more tools, some more practice, and feeling a bit more chill. 

No previous experience in improv or mindfulness expected. 
Beginners are welcome and supported.
